I just got a sack of bait scents in the mail today, from an internet contest that I won last month.....Its by a company called BioEdge and they claim its made from natural bait oils, pheromones, amino acids and such from real baitfish. Due to the type of fishing I do they sent me a squeeze bottle of 3 flavors...Night crawler, Shiner and Crawfish, and a big "chapstick" style rub on scent stick of each flavor.
Anyone used this stuff? I'm anxious to give'm a try the next time I'm on the water. The guy that called me to find out what type of fishing I did warned me NOT to get this stuff on my clothes or my wife will hate me come laundry time......All I could think was "Ok....but whats new about that".....lol ![]()

I'll be glad to give a report on them.....I've been an avid user of Fishformula brand scents for years and swear by the stuff, so I'm anxious to see how this product compares.

I had gotten the shiner and crawdad scents in the chapstick style applicator from a tourney raffle. I don't know that they worked any better or worse than any other scent that I have used.
The one thing I would say is to keep them out of the direct sun. They turned too soft in the heat. I ended up keeping them in the cooler on hot days.

Yeah, I thought about that same issue, so I stopped by the products website to see if they had in info on the subject, and lo and behold they did....and said they would melt at something like 110° and it wouldn't take much direct sun on my tackle bag on a hot day to reach those temps inside, so like you I think I'll be keepin those in a Ziplock in the cooler this summer.
I'm gonna get on the water for a while tomorrow, so you can bet I'll be trying them out.
