Sold my boat....
No, I didn't go crazy and decide to quit fishing or anything. My dad had bought a little 14' boat with a 40 hp Yamaha about 12-13 years ago from the music minister at our church. The music minister moved away, and my dad gave me the boat since he never used it. Once I got my "new" big Sprint boat, the little boat just sat in the yard, looking forlorn and killing a 14'x5' patch of grass.
I mentioned on Facebook that I was selling the little boat, and the guy that sold it to us decided he would like it back. So yesterday, he drove down to Mississippi from Illinois, then came this morning to pick up the boat, and is on his way home now. So after more than a decade, the original owner has his boat back. I thought it was kind if interesting that the boat came full circle like that. Now, what to do with the money......

That is really cool that the original owner got the boat back. Be careful though because I saw that the bait monkey was logged in a minute ago and he now knows you have a little jingle.

Thats a cool stroy about how the boat went full circle. I often wonder aboout my old boat I sold when I was in my early 30's and wonder what kind of condition it is in, if it's still running, lol. It was a 16' bass boat made by Anchor Craft with a 75HP Chrysler outboard and a Mercury troller. Had some fun times with that boat!
