We always hear about terrible customer service stories...well let me tell you about Tracker Marine. I was on vacation last week and my Tracker had, what ended up to be, a simple issue with the wiring. I had a local Mercury authorized (not Tracker) mechanic do the work as I didn't want to lose anytime on the lake. The bill was $200 and it was a Tracker issue (not Mercury). Since my TXW is still under warranty, I called the local Tracker shop and asked if I can be reimbursed. They called corporate and told them my situation...and will be sending me a check in 7-10 days. Amazing. I really appreciate the way Tracker stood behind their product.
