Anyone know of a good website or resource to see various lake maps without paying an arm and a leg?

Most require a program and most cant be seen by much other than that program without changing formats.Bird wont run a saved track or route file, could that be because they own a map company lol. I wont say how as complicated in more ways than one but make my own maps, include what I desire not what they want me to have. Map create 6,for comps,or even seen by early lowrance like global, enc etc.long list of payware. COE has maps of navigatiable waters like ohio river ,ky lake anywhere the tugboats run. Example http://www.kentuckylake.com/rivercharts.shtml Thats just posted there available on gov org coe sites and cg. |

Here's another lake map resource which could be helpful. http://newmdcgis.mdc.mo.gov/statewid...202/index.html Most State's .gov/ websites offer simple lake maps that are somewhat useful, nonetheless. -Mark |
