Go to bargain room! Now this site was mentioned before but there is basically something for everyone now. These are Legends, they made changes for 2013 so out the door with the old. Can get TWO cheaper than the price of one at retail. I was searching for blanks for a custom but the custom will wait. Couldn't pass up two legends for $216. Hope you find what you need. The legend spinnings are good drop shot and finesse rods for you baitcasters who need a pole but won't see the use to spend $250 plus on. Everyone knows probably but my 3 customs all have legend blanks plus won't even tell how many factory St.Croixs I have. But I do have two legend baitcasters plus three legend spinners that have served me well. The two new ones I'm sure will too. ![]()

Maybe I'm missing something but the Legend Extreme spinning rods are still $245+. I think you're looking at the "You Save" amount, not the "sale price" amount. Sorry

Pretty tricky of St. Croix to put the "you save" in bold face - easily fooled, with a glance at the add, into thinking that may be the selling price. Easily realized mistake when you check out your cart.
Wait a minute, Joe is from Wisconsin..... St. Croix is in Wisconsin..... I think this is a major Wisconsin Conspiracy..... I'm calling the FBI, maybe I can get a G. Loomis as a reward for turning them in for deceptive sales practices, and general all around rod pimpin'. All things considered though, $252 is not a bad price for one of those rods. Hey Bryce, I think maybe a few have your name on them. |

They may have his name on them, but they'll never have any fish slime on them....
