I think it's Quantum who hired the survey company.
It's a survey for a manufacturer to research which direction to go in and who's beating them and why.

Site that sent me survey is just a research company that folks hire to research for you. Survey for you is more accurate.
I've done like a half dozen different one's and they NEVER tell you who they are working for.
But it's a good way to help us get what we want, FREE CRAP!

So it wasn't my imagination? If Quantum comissioned the survey they got enough negative feedback from me to rethink their products. I hate stepping on the toes of those that like that brand, but I have been very disapointed with a couple Quantum PT's I've tried, it has completely put me off the brand. They may have some good products, probably do if they can get Bill Dance and KVD to shill for them, but my experience has been far less than satisfactory and they won't get another chance at my money.

Oh, thanks Joe that occupied about 15 minutes of my day yesterday, y'know between the PM's, fiddling with the kayak, the trip to the post office, ordering a new you-know-what on line. Yesterday was busy, busy. THANKS!

Just did it. Definitely a feeler for Quantum, at least that was my impression. It was like, "So you like brand x or brand b, but what about brand quantum?, lol.

Ya that first paragraph on thread is a cut and paste from an Email they send me so in all honesty I really don't know when it ends and I imagine they need a designated target number of surveys taken.
Probably haven't reached it so they continue?
