Life jacket loaner tree is a great idea.
Do you have any at the ramps you use?

There is some sort of structure down by the river where I live. I have never seen any vests hanging from it but it seems similar. I see it when i cross the bridge but don't fish there. In any event it is a terrific idea.

I've seen them at a few lakes in Missouri. I've put some vests on it that I found laying on the shoreline. It's a cool idea and I think it shows they're actually wanting people to wear them or have them, not just making a law to try to generate revenue.
