				 | cant catch anything

I fish on lake congamond in MA and the best iv'e ever caught wass a 4" largemouth on a black grub with a lead grey jighead. I've used crankbaits, worms, lipless cranks, 4" tubes, black jitterbugs ,flukes, and spinnerbaits. I usually fish from the shore or docks, casting into thick grass and around docks but never get any bites. Is there any bass in this lake? I bought senkos, 2 manns babys 1- one citrus shad color and other grey/silver, rattle tubes, and some zoom grubs today, going fishing in charleton tomorrow |

this time of year try a Carolina rig-it will allow you to fish deeper, farther from shore and cover more water. If you are not familiar with it: http://www.bassfishingusa.com/Rigging/rigging2.html

Take your pick. Any soft plastic, even some crankbaits will work. I like a creature bait like a Zoom Brush Hog or a Yum Sooie. Some folks use a floating minniw crankbait.

Downsize.... Use a Shaky Head ( 1/8 oz) and a NetBait Finesse Worm,,Sometimes in the summer the bass just do not like a lot of wiggle.....

Your tyring too many things. Take a day, and fish that and only that. It's tough. But you'll spend more time with a lure in the water then tying and retying. I did it with a tiki stick, and it was an awesome day.

Yeah I Agree With Trav. If You Stick With One Lure That Works Most Of The Time. Just Because Its Not Working Now Doesnt Mean That It Wont Work The Next Cast. I Use A Buzzbait A Lot And I Will Probabaly Throw 100-150 Casts An Hour, And Only Catch 2-3 Bass.
