Default Observation

I have been fascinated watching bass shows, commercials, DVD's, etc. where a bass picks up or takes a bait into its' mouth. When you slow down a tape and watch the bass take the bait in slow motion I have observed two things. When it is a tube type bait the bass seems to partially take the tube in it's mouth and bite down on it. Then he takes it the rest of the way in his mouth. The other type of baits, crankbait types specifically, they hit it from the side or straight into their mouth. Seems like anything that resembles a crawfish is crushed first. A minnow type is swallowed or just caught till it can turn it arround to swallow. So I concluded that it is important to understand what each bait resembles to use this information in catching bass. A lot more further study is imminent to make any sound conclusions. Anyone concur or disagree?
