Re: Who is ready for some football?
Nick, you can cheer for Louisville can't you?
Looks like the tiggers-tigers game (AU vs LSU) will probably be postponed due to the hurricane. I also have to wonder about tinercee and the gators with the remnants of Ivan approaching. |

Re: Who is ready for some football?
think about this nc state is the only team to beat both fsu and miami in the last two years. these games are always close. but a win is a win.

Re: Who is ready for some football?
Yes bassboss I am. I would very much like to trade our 12 national championships for your 2. ;D
People in tennessee have no concept of history. Despite the NCAA and Fat Phil, we will not be held down. Its only a matter of time till we dominate the SEC once again. Hope yall enjoyed 97-98. It'l have to last yall for about 50 years. |

Statistically we may not be the best, but we are legends in our own minds. ;D Charles |

Re: Who is ready for some football?
Well, in our minds not only are we legends, we are better than Note Dame.
They've got a name for the winners in the world, I want a name when I lose. They call Alabama the Crimson Tide, Call me Deacon Blues. "I don't know, we haven't played Alabama yet." -- Vince Lombardi after being asked what it felt like to be the greatest football team in the world just after winning the '66 Super Bowl. |
