so glad you and your family had such a great day on your first outing in the new rig nater. and everyone caught a fish? man that is icing on the cake man. get ready for more fun times ahead my friend. you have been bitten by the bait monkey and boat monkey now. time to start getting into the girls college fund to feed him, lol. kidding of course. it's more fun as a family ain't it? as for the fish finder................ well it might just be a buld for the screen that is needed. take it to your local boat shop and they can get it to the proper folks to check it out for ya. but i think that you are really about to upgrade anyway. a 95 model just ain't gonna do for ya pal. you can get a much better finder for just a little bit of money. check out craigslist and ask your local bait shops and boat shops and such. i am willing to bet you can find a better finder for a good price.

Launching by myself - I unhook all the straps, rear and bow. Attach rope to bow cleat, tie off other end to truck. Back the heck down the ramp till the (trailer) wheels go under, hit brake, boat floats off, pull truck up ramp. STOP, put in park, get out and untie the rope from truck and pull boat to dock and tie off. Go park truck. ***Disclaimer: I have carpeted bunks. DON'T try this if you have roller bunks or glide slicks on your carpeted bunks, being dropped on concrete is not good for boat bottoms. |
