What are some good spots on lake of the woods for walleye fishing and are where are the best places to stay?

There are lots of places to stay on Lake of the woods. What end of the lake are you going to? North or South end Canadian or U.S. side?

Not to be this guy, but this seems like an odd place to look for walleye fishing information. Like coldbasser mentioned, more information would really help us help you. I am not sure if it ok for me to post links, but if it is, I will post some recommendations.
