Default guntersville gathering

the dernest thing happened about an hour ago i ring up brother love. he is at a camp ground up to his elbows in an outboard. tring to change a water pump impeller the hard way. from the top, i tell him the easy way, from the bottom...

then i got to thinking..i know i am right so i drop a dime and call my favorite outboard techno weenie.-1fastlaser-after discussing brother loves problem with his laserness.. i gave him brother loves cell number. laser said he'd give him a hollar.. geee with friends like me who needs enemies huh?...lol...

hope you all have fun...oh yeah bothomas your 5 am wake up call is going to happen you've been warned....

Yeah MB, you really missed a good trip. If you would have had Nextel, we coulds told ya.

All kidding aside both of us had an great time fishing and especially meeting everybody. Everyone was great and a pleasur to be with. Even if you weren't as WTL said "even if I hated you all, I'd still be fishing."

I'll be on as soon as I get home with some pictures and more stories.

We got home a few hours ago just as some severe weather was rolling through the area, so I'm just now getting on. I had an absolutely great time, and I want to thanks you again John, for not only setting this up, but taking us out fishing too. And thank your wife for all the delicious cooking too!

Lots of great stories and pics! by the way, should we just post the pics we have whenever or are we making a special post for it. Maybe we should wait a month or two and keep everyone else in suspense!

Alright, thanks Bob. I'll upload them and send them to him in the morning. After all that good fishing, good food, and good company, I'm ready for a good night's sleep. We never have anything exciting like that happen when we visit waffle house...

Yeah, it sounds like moose has got his work cut out for him for sure. (If he decides to host it of course.) Even if we hadn't caught any fish, I still would have had a great time. I think it was worth the trip just to meet everyone and be out on the lake. Can't wait till next years event. maybe we need to make this twice a year!

Thanks for the compliments and help with the fish fry I couldn't have done it without all ya'lls help. John and I both feel like me have made new friends for life. It was a pleasure meeting you all. We had a great time. Maybe the women folk can come next trip. By the way I have deer tracks on my leg to back up the deer in the golf cart story. I'll tell the deer story later with pic of my deer tracks Ha!Ha! Lisa aka Mrs Bamabassman

I think that 'mrs.bamabassman' may stick. I like it. I'm just wondering if ya got any pics of the deer in the golf cart. we never did get to see it. if not oh well, I know what a deer looks like, and I know what a golf cart looks like, I can imagine.

No Bob thats quite alright!!! What a stunt, that Chris is a NUT job!! but boy can he fish!!! Hey all you guys that missed the trip my fishing partner and I watched Bob and his partner hook into a school of spots and hookin up two at a time about 4-5 time in less than two hours!!!!! they called me and told me they were catching more than they could handle and to come on over. What a couple of great guys to put us on a school of feeding fish without even really knowing us!! and to put up with my very poor boat driving skills just hanging with those guys put some real education in me!!!!!!! THANKS again Bob and tell Chris that I really appreciate it!!!
