Some pics of my new stuff.
I didn't get much for fishing this year, but I got a few things. I got the scale I had decided on. The touch screen scale from Rapala. And next to it is the clip on light for my fishing hats bill to make fishing easier in the dark.
Second pic shows a few baits I bought yesterday at BPS. Starting with the Rapala square bill Clickin Rap which I really have a good feeling about, especially that color. The Xcaliber lipless crank in Foxy Momma, a color I do very well with around here. Also, the new Strike King jerkbait in Chrystal Shad, and I have no doubt I'll score well with that one as soon as it's ice out! Last pic is the Strike King Rage Tail Craw, and thats the pic I really wanted you all to see. This is a new color called Blue Craw, and I am certain this color is going to be a real winner. Take a good look at it because this is the way the color actually looks. I'm bringing this up because if you look at page 255 in the new 2013 BPS catalog, it looks to have a lot of orange especially in the claws. As you can see by my photo, it is more green and blue. If it is photographed against a bright white background, which I tried, it has a bit of an orange color to it. However, I can tell you for certain, it is no where that orange when held in your hand. I feel so good about the blue craw color, I wanted to share this with you. Now all I can do is wait till ice out!
