Well we hit the lake again on Mon. The bite was slow in the morning, but as the afternoon warmed the water the frog bite really turned on. I was fishing with kpbass, and he put on a clinic on how to use the spro 65 frog. He ended the day with probably 15 or more fish, and I managed to catch 3 on the Jika rig and frog mixed in. Ron took the photos and caught a couple on the dam with a football jig. This little lake is very impressive and seems to be about ready to explode with good fishing.

I've been lurking for quite some time, but when you started talking about my favorite lake, I had to pipe up .

Glad you decided to speak up. A boat will open a bunch of opportunities for you. You will enjoy fishing Butler from a boat.
