Thats wonderful JB. Everyone looks happy and healthy. A perfect delivery! Congrats my man. How long before you have Audrey out fishin at Brookville? Maybe you can hand carve her her first corncob stick bait we've been talkin about, hehe.

Thanks Big E
I was just over at Aubreys and she was snoozin after a big meal, shes doing fine! Ed and I cut ten trees down by the lake here for firewood, and man I'm out a shape, by the end of the day I was whooped, but OK now, seeing her and my daughter and son in law, I got a power aid drink and feel better. Just ol granpa muscles crampin on me, but at least I got enough firewood for the rest of the year put back now |

its a girl..
its pitiful though, my brother got a new rod for christmas and took it outside for the first time a couple days ago.. and he cant cast a spinning rod but about 15 feet.. its bad that i have a little brother that cant cast further than my worst backlash ..guess i've got some teaching to do.. hes one of those tanget people.. he loves fishing today, and loves hunting tomorrow, and baseball the next day..

bamas, yup the wood is for the outdoor firepit, plus a guy I work with needed the trees cut down to put up a polebarn...the next door neighbor came over and wants four trees taken down, getting some bait monkey money fer those
Couple of beers and two hours later I feel about back to normal , what ever that is..LOL ..tomorrow and the rest of the week we go out there with the truck and trailer and take our wood home, I live bout six miles away but Ed lives about thirty five miles away and gets more of the wood, cus he has three of the biggest Stihl saws they make and cuts the wood a lot faster than my craftsman..it works out fine for both of us. |

jb, if you can ever get a huskis................GET IT! best saw there is pal. mine is a 14" and cuts through wood like a knife through butter. for real. not that sthil ain't a good saw, we use em at work. but a huskie is way better. anti vibration handle saves the arms pal. at our ages, we need all the help we can get ya know? as for vibrations.......... i'll let the women folk have all that, lmao. i am gonna build me a pole barn AND a work shop IF we ever sell this place and move. i ahve a buddy at work and he has a log saw, makes any thickness size plank ya want. gonna get me some ceder for siding on the pole barn. no bugs in ceder, hehehe.

around here we call them huskys..haha they are great! my grandpa got one for christmas about 3 years ago and he cuts trees all the time with it. we've got to take 5 down sunday with it. its a 18" bar i think, and we cut big trees with it. when its really big he digs out the ol john deer one, with a 24 inch bar. If you ask your chainsaw maintinace people to order you a carb adjustment tool [its a special screwdriver thing like a T25 torqx head but female] and get a chain sharpener, you never have to pay for any maintince.
