Default Low Water Tactics

Looking for anyone who might have a few tricks up their sleeve (lures or presentations) for fishing tidal rivers at low water levels. When the wind blows out of the NE, some of the rivers I fish can be as much as a foot lower......and the bass don't want to play.
Most of these rivers a shallow, anyway, so the fish don't seem to congregate at any one place. Any help you guys might help would be appreciated.

fish normally hang out at the first structural object ledge ,rock pile, creek channel, ect. when at low tide-not that i fish tidal water much-if at high tide they are running around the shallow flats and dock areas. when the tide pulls down 2+ feet -check local listin-they will fall back to the first deep area like creek channels.when the tide changes and water surges in this surge brings with it fresh bait. so fish it accordingly..

look for dropoff since the tide changes. no matter what they will be there.they want to use the less energy they can.look for some rock structure near the deeper area.a watermelon red flake tiki stick would stick out like a sore thumb but i think youll get some strikes.use some of the new lime green fireline to see your line.act like your dead stickin and let it drift in the current.if i were you i would wade fish.best kind of fishin.dead stickin is a presentation that you just let it sit and twitch every now and then
