I've only fished the river area in Elk Rapids, Elk lake is beautiful though, water is very clear. Good Luck!

I've only fished it once, and didn't have much luck. I do hear great things though!
Really a nice body of water with lots of Smallmouth.
Beware of stumps lol.
Is it an Elk Lake only tourney? Oftentimes, tourneys will include the entire chain. if so Skegemog is a Largemouth lake.
