Quantum Rods
What does everyone think of Quantum's rods? I've heard they make great reels, but I've always been iffy about buying a rod made by a reel company. Don't know why, I just have.
Any opinions? Oh, here's the reel I'm going to match my rod up with.. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...331&hasJS=true -Buzz |

They're not a reel company. Their rods are very well made and light. I like them, personally.

Here we are, 2 days after we talked about you not needing any more rods, and you are posting again about new rods. I would suggest that we start ignoring this kid. He is flaming on here for the sake of it.
PS, the ignore list works.

I have the Quantum KVD signature series rod. Its a fiberglass crankbait rod that is only 70 or 80 $. For they money I like it alot. I was looking at their new energy rods, but I'm leaning towards the shimano crucial. I love Quantum but I'd have to order the rod off line, so I can't see it before I buy it and I need it now. But over all I think they make good quality rods.

Where the hell anywhere on Earth does Quantum call themselves a reel company. Sure they are well known for they're reels, but that doesn't mean they're a reel company! The reels kinda overshadow the rods, and that doesn't say anything about being a certain company. Get your facts straight, buddy.

Please post a picture of all of your rods. I would like to see the 14 rods and reels you have that are yours alone. I would also like to see them in your 14 ft boat.
That is all |

Look at what i got nah nanah boo boo!!!! WTL i support you in this. I orignally stated it. I gave him a second chance. There is no third for me. Everybody we are dealing with a little snot nosed child. Please ban yourself from having anything to do with him.

I always though Quantum made reels first too... I figured they just joined the ban wagon and started to produce rods. That is what I think.

I never said that, did I? Just because they make reels first doesn't mean they are a reel company. A reel company makes rees and only reels. Same with rods.

Yes, sorry my apologies. I've actually only had one Quantum rod and it worked out well, especially for the price.
