It comes in handy:
Lure covers that are extremely easy to make and just flat work: http://www.bassproradio.com/Articles/Covers.html Been using them for years and really is a no brainer IMO

Crank, if you get a color that is light enough you can mark on it with a sharpie what it is-shallow, deep, topwater, etc. You get the idea
