Hare Jigs
I've never tried those hare jigs, i'm sure someone here has though. Any comments? I'm thinking of making a couple and want to know if it's worth my time.

my buddy fishes for striper he uses a white buck tail with a lime green 6" ribbon tailed worm.. he has caught a ton of big bass on them..
my bucktails are 1/2 and 1/2 white and chart hair. i use a white rawhide spinner bait trailer with about 1" dyed chart. zooker zooker

we use either black dyed hair jigs or blue, some brown, it offers a much smaller proflile jig when matched up with a smaller trailer, like a small chunk of pork

the hair jig falls much slower due inpart to the hair being hollow..
