THE KING IS DEAD, LONG LIVE THE KING!!!

hello brothers and sisters. yes KING GALLAHAD II is resting now. he went peacefully. he is now with PRISSY LADY waiting for lisa and i to join them.
GALLIE is up there chasing rabbits and deer now with LADY.

THANK YOU EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU FOR THE TEXTS AND PRAYERS.

he will be sorely missed by us and everyone who knew him.but as all of you told me as well as everyone here, he is in no pain. anymore. he is probably standing up there now watching over us. again, THANK YOU!! you folks have REALLY been a lot fo help to lisa and i.

Awwww, John.

An old boy and his dawg. Separating the two is a tough go. We all know how much you loved him, and he definitely knew it too. And I promise you when your time finally arrives, he'll probably be the first to greet you with that bark.

John, I am truely sorry, I know the pain that Lisa and you are feeling. It is extremely difficult to lose a loved member of the family. Take peace in knowing that he had a long life filled with people who loved and cared for him deeply. Again, I am truely sorry my friend.

Bama, I'm sorry for your loss.

Abbey's older sister is a 14 year old yeller lab and is having trouble....so your loss strikes close to home.

Hang tough.

Very sorry that it was his time. I have lost 3 loved dogs in the last few years. For those that don't understand, the pain is the same for losing a loved pet as it is for any family member. Cherish the memories.

Oh John. My heart goes out to you and Lisa. Michelle and I have had to experience that ourselves and I know the heart ache it brings. Gallie was your companion for so many years and I know you'll feel like someone is missing whenever you take a walk into the yard for a long time. But you did the right thing and tonight wherever Gallie is, she has a new lease on life. You ended her pain and and her struggles. I'll be sure to include you and Lisa in my prayers tonight.

There's nothing corny about you and Lisa grieving over the loss of a companion that was there for you for 13 years, John. I'm very sorry for your loss. And like I told you last night, you've got my number, and I usually stay up pretty late at night. Feel free to call anytime you need to.

I'm very sorry for your loss John. You and Lisa will be in my prayers. Let the good memories shine through and know that he is out of his broken down body and running and playing like a puppy again.

Sorry to hear that, John. But you will have Gallie in your memory forever, that's somethihg to hold on to. It's not the same, but find some condolence in knowing you will see him again. Peace to you and Lisa.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together...

I'm sorry John. You and Lisa are in my thoughts and prayers.

When you're ready John, King Gallahad III is out there waiting to find a new home. Bring him home.

No problem bama. Someone sent this to me years ago when we lost our Dachshund, and I've always thought it was great.
