Snakehead Saturday
Caught three more toothy critters on Sat. First was 8lbs, then a 6, then a 4. Fun to catch but not when you're tournament fishing.....
Here's a pic of the 8 and a few bass caught Sat. Wake bait fish above, chatterbait fish below Floating worm..... And take a look at this future Bubba!!! Caught it on a D. Poore custom painted LC Pointer...... and last I took a pic of this one due to the spots....cool looking fish. |

Can't help it......plus I like wackin' em....must be the Italian blood!!
See the floating worm in pic #3??? That's what it took to catch him. Had a limit of bass on the worm and culled one before I caught the snakehead. Caught the other two snakeheads on a chatterbait and RC wake. |

Cooll pics. We don't have snakeheads around here. But I'd like to get into a mess of them just for fun. I hear they are pretty good eattin too.

Good eats but you don't catch numbers of them. Three is the most that I've caught in a day.

Perdy lookin fish, that bass with the spots is cool lookin. Never met a snake head I liked lol. They don't taste to good either IMO!

Looks like a great day Smitty. Man those snakeheads are creepy looking. I am with Keith, I am glad we don't have them around here but I would like to catch a few of them.
