Default Got a HOG this morning!!!

I was like a kid in a candy store when I got this girl in! Wanted to mount her but she was ready to pop so sadly had to release but what a great memory this will be! Weight in at 9.6 pounds

Good fish man! Should have taken measurments and a lot of pics and had a replica made. Best of both worlds that way, fish lives and you get the mount.

Man, that's a pig! Kudos for letting her stay alive! IMO, replicas look a lot better anyway.

Nice fish, but one can still have a mount take a pic and measure they build nice ones out of plastic, and the fish isnt hurt as released.Length ,girth pic and weight.
I have a 9 plus on my wall, that my uncle had mounted they lose their beauty over time when real

Congrats! Good to know some of us can fish vicariously through such incredible catches. Well done!
