Thumbs up Thank you!

I can't tell you how much better this is than Google Earth! I saw this last night I have played with it for I know 10 hours since! Thank you SO MUCH for posting this!
Everyone needs to mark good spots they are willing to share. I am working on mine now! (maybe a new thread for users of this is in order )

THANK YOU again!

Mike

I have used it for a while now. I have created a collection that I call fishing. That maps out all the lakes in my area, and I also map out lakes with it and make notes on the push pins. Hten no matter where I log on I can review the info.

Okay all, I am not rescinding my opinion of maps.live.com that being said, I just downloaded google earth and if you really want to kill time. Go to your home town/fishing area and then in tools you can launch a flight simulator. I have crashed into my home lake twice so far......lol

I see how you can send things to a GPS navigation thing, but is there any way to get Lat/Long coordinates?

Bender i think the lat/long coordinates are in the bottom right hand corner of the map and maps.live is still just about the greatest time killer there is I like how when you save a location you can enter notes about said place .
