Bob, I was really ticked off when I looked at our local sales fliers today.
One of our local groceries HAD boston butt roasts on sale for 1.19# I woulda been a pulled pork makin fool!!!!!

Tofu is fermented soy proteins. At first it was a by product of soy sauce and later used as food supplement. Now it is smoked and packed in water to keep it's shape. It is not bad if prepared right. But so is muskrat...
Luckly I have eatin both.. Muskrat is better. Capt Mike
