July 5th Report
Lots of good LGMouth ate horny toads. Two Potomac Pike slipped our hooks.. But those missed fish has these two hooked on this style of fishing. Lots of pics..enjoy.

We had decent bass fishing 7/2 & 7/3. No snakeheads IN the boat, but I did get a pretty large one next to my kayak, but it went nuts when I tried sticking it with a gaff that the gap was too small to sink it in the fish. Snakes were eating and chasing the horny toads, but our bass came from 5" hollow bodied swim baits dragged through those ever present pads.

We went thru 5 bags of toads and landed about 30 fish. The Potomac Pike we had on for a brief time where both huge..I would say an easy 28 inches each.
