Default anyone fish in the savannah, ga area and have any recommendation and tips???

hey i been fishing a few places here in savannah and havent had much luck just wanted to see if anyone ad any advice and/or recommendations to help me out here, thanks

Ft Stewart Army Post has a dozen excellent LMB ponds. Make friends with a GI or apply for a civilian permit. Well worth it! Good Luck Of course you could always get salty!

yeah im stationed at stewart lol. i went out to a few ponds last friday and didnt have any luck out there either, kinda sucks

There are some nice bass in the Savannah River, but watch out for gators.

Try #14 unless something bad has happened in the last 10 yrs thats the best one.
And like dave said the river is eat up with bass .....especially huge sea run STRIPERS!!!!

Houlihan Boat Ramp Park is just N. of Garden City close to the airport. Check this site for a comp. list -maps-directions www.georgiascoast.com
