Did you use Gimp for the animation? I haven't done too many but have made a few. The hardest part for me is trying to get the size down and the colors right since sometimes the indexed gif colors look terrible. That one looks really good.

Naw, I broke down the frames of the video in windows movie maker, changed the pics from jpeg to gif in infranview, then added me and resized in paint dot net, then put the frames back together in unFREEz animator. I haven't figured gimp out yet. lol Takes awhile to do one though. mostly going through the video and taking a pic from each frame. I'm sure there's something better way to do it. But I was just bored and playing around.
