Have to say it looks delish!, but those potatoes on the side look sad in comparison...Sheet pan and rack seems like the way to go though for a more "smoky" flavor. My only question, since this is a fishing forum...where's the smoked fish?

Yup, looks yummy......Meatloaf is the one item my wife can cook pretty good so I normally let her do that, but everything else is my territory...lol. I've never thought of smoking it, and might have to try that sometime......Have you ever read that you are not suppose to soak your wood chips when smoking meats?? Heres a link to an interesting website that deals with cooking with "COS"....(cheap offset smoker)....Lots of good info for those that use those small offset smokers like I do....check it out.
