Can someone explain the pricing to me?
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=new
It's a $9.97 paperback still available for $9.97. So whats so special about these? Thier not signed or anything special that I can tell anyway. So what's up with the pricing? I mean they are all (5) priced similar so there must be something special. Who knows the story because I think I have an extra I'm willing to let go for $100. And I'll throw in free shipping.

Holy Smokes. I will be the first to admit I am a tight wad, but for that price he would have to be in the boat giving me a personal fishing tip!

Holy crap, there is a used one for 286 plus change. Something about a cd and access code could be reason for high prices.

I've seen book prices like that on a number of occasions and haven't a clue as to what's going on.
