I'm only asking $549, for Woody's Lucky BBZ-1. They purchaser will receive the rights to the lucky lure. And the GPS coordinates of its last known location after it snapped my line in mid air and plunged into Patoka Lake.

No shipping required.

Sir,
I am very much interested in this. But I need to know for clarifications sake if the line snapped at the knot or in the middle. If in the middle, surely we could also come to terms on how much the additional line still attached to the lure would be worth. I must say that I'd like to still keep the final price under $600, if possible.

I am fairly certain that the line failed at the knot. Seeing that this moment has been permanently etched on my brain. Once I reached the end of my casting motion, I will not forget that oh so awful sound of the line snapping at the knot. It seems that the line may have unknowingly wrapped itself around the tip of the rod causing line failure. My loss can now be your gain, for the still inflated price of $549.

It just occurred to me that you are telling the truth, Woody. Did you lose it while you were out there on your own? Oh, the humanity!!!!

How can one put a price on such a rare catch.

To me, that smallmouth was worth way more than that lure. But in the spirit of competition, what was even better was the fact that I was able to out-fish my partner for the first time.

Good Lord...if I ever caught a Smallie like that, there would be other pictures...like one of me being driven away in an ambulance after having a heart attack. At least I would have a smile on my face.

Here's the original thread on that bronzeback http://www.bassfishin.com/bassfishin...ght=smallmouth

Ron, I will buy that smallmouth picture that you posted for the exorbitantly high price of $4,987.53, plus one stick of slightly chewed Juicy Fruit chewing gum, original flavor, a #2 pencil that's been worn down only 3.5 inches long, and a bent Gamakatsu 3/0 EWG hook. I'll pay the email delivery price of $46.98, plus handling charges of $75.43. That brings the total to $5109.94, plus the gum, pencil, and hook. Send me your address, and I'll mail the check and other items today.

Edit: The hook has approximately 2.4 inches of 30 lb PowerPro braid still attached with a double Palomar knot. I will throw this is for free.

I had a meeting with my agent and we decided that if you throw in your super bowl tickets you got a deal.

I will also autograph the picture.

Very well, I accept your counter offer. I have procured 2.3 tickets for the 2095 SuperBowl, to be held at Google Stadium, 400 Lunar Rd, 19th Colony of the United States of America, the Moon, 7491677. I will receive these tickets no later than November 30, 2044. Upon receiving these tickets, I will FedEx you the tickets, money, chewing gum, pencil, and hook (with bonus line attached).
The value of these tickets is $89,845 at this time. Adjusting for inflation over the next ~85 years, their value at that time should be around $34,419,157.

That works for me cause I already know the RAMS win that Super Bowl. I will bring you back a program and some freeze dried pizza.

LMAO...every time I think this thread can't possibly get any more ridiculous, someone goes and proves me wrong. Keep it up, and I'm going to get fired for laughing too loud at my desk.

OK, OK 5.2 million. I want the fishing gear, lost bait w/ GPS coordinates, small mouth pic autographed, the shipping containers, the gum and bent hooks. In fact I'll take all of the above except for the kittens. I'll even throw in my new boat, my wife and kids and my chevy truck. Will even sign over partial ownership to BASSFISHIN.com and will give you copyrights to Kevin Scarselli's namesake. My wife and kids may want the kittens, so send self addressed fishing rod tube to transport felines in.
