Default How much does this fish weigh?

This is a large mouth, correct? What do you think it weighs?

Thank you,

At 16.5 inches, I'd say that fish is 2.5 +/- 0.25 lb. Since it looks pretty fat and healthy, I will go 2.75 lb, the top end of the range. Nice feesh.

And that will be what I quote lol..

This is my first season fishing since I was a kid, and thanks to this forum (I have been an observer) I have finally started to catch some fish. I caught this one using a senko wacky rigged worm first cast of the day. People think Im crazy when they see the wacky rig. lol

Yeah...if you didn't know any better, you'd look at someone using a wacky rig like they didn't know what they were doing. Let's be honest...weightless wacky rig is the absolute simplest way you could attach a plastic worm and hook to a line. Kinda funny how it works.

yeah i went fishing yesterday and as I walk past the dock, I ask a guy how he is doing. He is burning a spinnerbait in and goes, nothing. Then he looks at my rod, and there is a wacky rigged senko hanging. He goes, huh you aren't going to catch anything with that little plastic worm just hooked in the middle like that.
It's so simple... yet so good

16 and a half inches. I'd say 2 1/2 lbs.

After extensive review, I have determined that this fish weighs exactly 9.5 ounces.
If you'll look closely, you can see where the fish is actually laying on a block of wood on top of the table, which has been painted to match the grain of the table almost exactly (think of the stone bridge scene in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"). Through the use of differential equations, calculus, algebra, and the 13th Law of Thermodynamics (didn't know there was that many, did you?), I have come to the conclusion that the fish is 8.45 cm from the camera lens, whereas the table's surface is 23.78 cm away. Thus, the tape measure is 23.12 cm away. This, obviously, through an optical illusion known as "parallax," makes the fish seem larger than it actually is.
I'm on to you, sir. Your evil genius is no match for my cunning intellect....

It would grow bigger but I have heard that smoking stunts your growth.
