A point is anywhere that the land goes out into the water and submerges . You should try to give the search tab at the top of the screen a shot and it will pull up old topics with those keywords in the posts .

a flat is just what it sounds like a flat spot usually shallow with deeper water next to it.
a grassmat is a bunch of grass in one spot. ledge is a shallow spot then a quick drop off.

A flat is flat.

A ledge is a ledge - a dropoff.

A point is a point of land or underwater point of shallower water jutting out into deeper water.

A sweet beaver is...well....zook? You want to help with that one?

well i think it refers to a break in the contour or drop off under the water. or it sould be a break in the grass or lily pads or other structure. or even current. where ever it "breaks off" to something else. that is what i call it anyway.
