Seriously, Alabama played a superb game. Who knew that kid could pass that well and I think the defense would have given some pro teams trouble. As long as the title stays in the SEC it's hard to be too disappointed.

They had something to prove and they did just that. Can't remember a time when two top contenders got together and one team dominated the other like that. Maybe when the Bears beat New England in the Super Bowl.

John, you have every reason to enjoy this win. It was a great team effort by the best players in college football and they were coached by a coach that I believe can surpass the "Bear". I would mention it to everyone I saw. They should declare a state holiday so everyone there could really celebrate.

Hey from all the talk on the radio the other day... no matter if they won in a blowout it still only counts as half a title... 13.5

Lol j/k. They played a really tough game... and in my opinion it just goes to show how tough it is to play a game after being off so long.

I thought it just showed how much better Alabama really was than LSU. IMHO, Bama outplayed them the first time and really should have won that game also. Alabama was off even longer than LSU, lost a couple of key players to injury during the game, and was still OUTSTANDING in every phase of the game.

I am not an Alabama fan, but that is the way I see it.

Congrats to the Tide and their fans on winning the national championship! As far as it supposedly being #14 for them, well, don't get me started on that again...
