Default Whatever Mr. Monkey…It’s Worth It This Time!

So I didn’t even fight the darn thing this time. I have a Shimano Citica 200G6 and Compre 6’8” MH Extra Fast on the way. Got a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. I was debating if I should get the G7 and the 7’2” but I already have three 7.1 ratio reels so I decided to get the G6 which is still pretty fast. The 7’2” Compre felt extremely heavy which was shocking compared to the 6’8”. I mean it felt like a completely different rod. I can’t wait to get this rig. I got a taste of Shimano last year when I got the Caenan and I absolutely fell in love so I'm anxiously awaiting this Citica. Anyone else have this setup that can speak on it?

Holla back!

I picked one of the 7 ft 2 up and no doesnt feel like the 6ft 8,wont load the same either,my 6ft8 mh is a decent spinnerbait rod,the 7 ft 2 seemed more limber with less backbone, also felt out of balance, may just be me.

Read an announcement in the Charlotte Observer that the local chapter of the Shimano Has Incredible Tools Club was having a meeting last night. When I got there you can imagine my disappointment to find nothing but a bunch of gay dweebs in skin tight leggings oogling bicycle derailleurs.

Are you guys gonna wear those fuzzy hats, like Mr Cunningham? Or Fred Flintstone?

Gratz on the new gear, fish!
