Man do i ever know the feeling...lol. but hang in there, I am. after all they just live to be caught another day... hope your tomorrow is better than my today lol

Ugh... I know how you guys feel. My dad caught one short bass, and I didn't catch anything today...
And I know my tomarrow isn't gonna be any better, I won't be fishin'!  BB

I caught a 4lb catfish and 3 10-inch crappie. Not the great bassin day I had planned.
Summer bassing is kind of like dating a really hot girl who is also a moron. I get really tired of it, but I just can't seem to bring myself to stop.

yea....i got skunked on the last one...my dad caught a dink early on,then it was 6 hrs of nothing.......im hunting bluegill this saturday,lol..need my break....i took my sister with me two weeks ago and put her on this hot spot for sunfish....she caught 16 bluegill,3 rockbass.
while i caught one bass.....then spent 3 hours whoring around my worm all over the pond.. its been an extremely tough summer here......its like i have to trade three skunked days only the catch 1 decent fish on the fourth day.....just 1,..........never two. rats!!

We all go through such phases. However, such things hardly catch my attention if I tell you about my brother. I admire and appreciate his tenacity and determination. I got him hooked into fishing but we live in different states, so he had to gain his experience without my direct assistance.
From that time he skunked out over a period of one year and about 3 months. Yep. So when I hear I haven't caught a fish in 5 weeks or so (this is about me usually) I take it in stride and a grain of salt.

Yea, me too.... the fishing has been so slow in pennsylvania. I can't believe it, I've gone weeks without catching a thing. last 3 times I went fishing I haven't even gotten a bite, its sad. Im wondering if this is the end of the season or what. Does the fishing pick back up again before winter? It seems like all the lakes and ponds i go to are all grown in, that might have an affect on it.

Hey, at least ya got to go.....I haven't been near a fishin hole all summer....i'd kill for some time on the water....don't care if'n I catch anything or not....just wanna be out in nature.
