crankbait = different fish
Me and a friend have been using a rootbeer colored shallowing running crankbait and catching alot of small bass, a few bigger bass, smallmouth and largemouth. We also have been catching catfish, tiger perch, red eyes, and last night he caught about a 4lb walleye. I knew they were in there but had never caught one, ( caught one at Kentucky). My buddy had never seen and didn't know what is was, ha ha I tried to get him to lip it but he would have no part of that.
That rootbeer colored crankbait has been hot for about a month now. I 've never a crankbait catch so many fish and be equal oppertunity bait, it catches any kind of fish. It's been alot of fun.

I'm willing to bet it's a bandit too.
Those walleye are the best eating fish. catch and release into the frying pan. BB
