I will probably not be able to fish the 1st quarter of this one. Cause I aint gonna get to go till Spring Break which is in April. I will go to my favorite lake for a week and do nothin but fish. The one thing I look forward to each year. But I might get 2 go before then... But I got into a fishin club this year and there have been several 10lbers caugth out of there already so watch out!!

Yeah im gonna be tryin to pull me in a nice fat hawg right of the bed. I have seen huge bass in the lake but havent been able to pull one in in the 5 years I have been there. The fishing pressure has a lot 2 do with it. Gonna have to sight fish for them to. Which is hard cause im in the back of the boat lol. Im gonna try to get on to bite a speed worm or a fluke. If that dont work a spook will. But I have to get em in the early mornin cause when that sun comes up it gets hot and I mean hot fast. I have seen the water temp shoot up to 80+ in April there many times. But I can catch all the nice pounders I want..........

Thanks Denny, it was alot of fun. Only downside is now the 6-8lbers are just too small

Default Spotted Bass

I think we should have a category for Spotted Bass. We're neglecting those poor guys since there is no way they can compete w/ lizards 12 pound largemouth hawg!!! (Plus I have some good spot holes where I know I could pull around a 3 pounder)

There is a random prize awarded to one state. Everybody should register and show their pics. Plus these are quarterly tournaments, and a final year end.

Yea, lol I don't think Kevin intended for Lizards to almost put people out of the competition before it started. But thats the name of the game. I have spring break next week, so I'll be gunning it on G'ville and Wilson, looking for either smallies or largemouth. Maybe I can get lucky enough (there is always the component of luck to fishing).
