Default August 23rd Rain Report

Well we have been asking for some cloud cover and some rain and tonight we got it.. relentless rain came came down.
Rain gear was really needed..so after some more rain it rained some more. Then just as we where ready for some drying out it rained some more. Then a miracle happened it stopped raining..but the wind was pushing us and push poling a tin boat in the wind is futile. So we moved way back on the super high tide. Bingo six hits later and a pesky LGMouth eats a frog and gets free after rolling over two downed trees.

We got what we've been asking for the last few weeks...rain, and lot of it. Did the fish respond as expected...of course not. Many blow ups from commitment wary fish but, no hook ups. A wet, wet night. Cigars came out at end to protect us from the bugs.
