I got my B-Day present yesterday
an 18 foot push pole from Cabelas..
Big bass in the heavy grass beware I am heading your way.. Just one item to report.. the mounting plates cost almost as much as the pole.. Come on next B-Day... Capt Mike

Hey Capt...
I'm going to know who that is pushing through the thick stuff at chickamuxen now! Hey... is that cabela's pole one-piece or telescopic? I took a look at those Stiffy graphite numbers and they're nice, but man are they expensive. I need something I can put in the rod locker under the deck. Ever heard anything about the Rich-Mar Telescopic? They run for around $70 in Cabela's. Nothin' fancy... but it's certainly easy on the pockets.
