Warranty on Vandetta rods
Hi guys. My cousin bought a Vendetta rod from BPS about a month ago. He used it twice and the tip top guide broke off. He threw out his receipt. Has anyone dealt with Abu customer service? I'm thinking he's going to have to fix it himself but thought I'd see if you guys had any experience/advice. Thanks.

Some places do require a receipt, as well as the warranty only applying to the original purchaser.
Found that out on a McDermott pool cue, the hard way.
