Personal Pontoon Ordered!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!
Well, I ordered the boat today and I am so excited. I hope it comes in before Friday afternoon so I can take it with me to our church camping/fishing trip. I misread the shipping info earlier. If I wanted to 3 day ship it, I originally though it would only cost $18 more like the shipping chart said it would. But because of the bulk of the package(s), it would actually cost $220 more. Needless to say, I went with the standard ground shipping which only cost a total of $30. I went with the sage color since 95% of my fishing will be on private lakes that do not allow gas motors. Ironically, if it comes in before Friday, I will use it for the first time on Yellow Leaf Creek which is a public river/creek that is attached to Lay Lake in Alabama. Don't worry, I only will use it in the private coves that the land owner has personally dug out from the main river into his property. Boats do sometimes go in the coves but at very slow speed, so I will, however, be wearing an orange vest just in case. I am glad that it already comes with an extra rod holder. That saved me $30. I will likely want to buy some hip waders. I imagine my chest waders will get hot. This way I can use flippers and the oars.

Luckily you didn't get the three-day shiping. The missus would be pissised.

The scheduled delivery date is July 15th. That is too late for my trip the weekend. I hope it comes early.

I just found a very thorough review from a guy that has the previous year Colorado Unlimited. The Colorado Unlimited XT that I purchased has some upgrades and improvements from the previous model. I am getting so impatient and can't wait until it arrives.

It is scheduled for delivery TODAY. UPS delivers no later than 3pm to my work so it will still be in time for this weekend's fishing/camping trip. Pictures will be posted (hopefully holding a hog).

Have a ball, let us know how it goes and remember the thing is green, not sage if anybody asks!

A friend of mine has one similar to yours. Be careful on windy days or if you have current. He's been out a few times when he was lucky he got back to his truck!! He loves to fish out of it.
