Which one would you pick? (American Shad) or (Chrome Blue)

American shad here. Although my all time best producer has been tennessee shad.

I have caught many fish on both colors, if I am picking I am going to choose American Shad, but I am not so sure the fish always do.

I go American shad unless fishing bluebird skies with water that has little to no color

Call me crazy but I love the chrome blue. But I tend to be backwards on choosing colors. I like to use the chrome blue on cloudier days with clear water and the shad colors on bright bluebird days. Seems to work alright for me so far.
