To the best of my knowlege, some can be, some can't be. And even the ones that can be are as dangerous to the shooter as the shootie.

Also, another note, Before you go trying to convert any gun or weapon, you have to have a first class knowledge of the type of metals used for different types of guns. Some are made of weaker metal, like most blank firing guns. Trying to make them fire real bullets without that knowlege is a good way to blow your hand off, or kill yourself. Not to mention knowing how to adjust for the caliber of bullet. which can involve the weakining and hardening of the metal. That's why gunsmiths go to school for it, and reason for licences and certifications. So my advice is if you aint trained to do it, don't try it.

It's a felony to do it. And unless you're 21 illegal for you to posses in most states. Not sure about it as it is a blank firing. But if it's modified into the real deal, you're asking for trouble. So really, don't try it.

Yeah, the cost of drive-bys is gettin' ridiculous, what with the price of gas and guns nowadays. Had to quit doin' em in my Army surplus play toy, an M60A1 tank. Talk about the price of ammo! Whew! Dat 105mm stuff is up there.

I always wanted to make a gun like John Malcovich had in that movie where he is trying to assasinate the president. It looks like its made of legos. I could use it to kill the *****.

it went from "I" to a "we" in regards to the gun. It was just a joke, and probably a bad one at that. Dont worry, I am not the one zooker spoke of....

If you want a nice safe working colt 1911 buck up and get the real deal, The risk associated with fooling with something you know so little about is outragous. IMO
