Default I'm tell'n ya what....

I don't care what you say. You take a large chicken breast, coat both sides with McCormicks Applewood Rub, brown both sides on the stove in a skillet and bake for 23 minutes in the oven and you have pure Heaven my friends!

Thanks for sharing............. I hate you.

Actually, I've been cooking chicken that way for a while - a cast iron skillet goes from stove top to oven very nicely. Thighs ain't bad either.

So Bruce, are you a "thigh" man, rather than a "breast" man? I like thighs, but my wife really likes breasts, so we're a happy couple....

Recipe sounds good, Keith. My bowl of cereal and green seedless grapes suddenly don't seem to be enough....
