Default crawdad crankbait

Has anyone had any luck using a crawdad crankbait? just wondering.

Yep. Use one that runs deeper than the water you are fishing and let it dig into the bottom making a mud trail. I've had a lot of success fishing a bare rock bank with this technique.

Bomber "B" in craw pattern has been my best overall crank to date.

Mann's Baby 1 Minus in the green or orange crawdad pattern...great for shallow water...

I hear the mann's -1 in crawdad color is killer in the shallows. I've had success using craw-colored cranks fishing them on rocky banks. Make sure the crank is bouncing off the rocks.

Used to have a Bomber 6A craw that was perhaps the best bait in my box. Threw it in to the woods never to be seen again. Have tryed others just the same but with fewer results.
Alot of cranks are not the same. Same type,same depth,same color,same rattles. Must be from the action that the bait presents itself to a fish. If you get a good one congrats. Just don't loose it.
