Ask that question to 100 different fishermen and you'll get 100 different answers .

These are some of what I think are "must haves", and you probably already have some of them:

A lipless crankbait like a Rat-L-Trap in chrome/blue back color and one in Smokey Joe color.

A couple shallow cankbaits like a Bandit 100 series in pearl/black back and chartreuse/black back

Some deeper running cranks in a crawfish color.

A topwater bait like a Tiny Torpedo, chrome/black back.

A couple spinnerbaits in a white or shad and white/chartreuse color. I prefer silver blades on the shad color and a gold/silver blade on the chartreuse.

Some 6" plastic worms in watermelon seed, watermelon red, and green pumpkin

Some soft stickbaits like a Senko, Tiki Stick, or YumDinger in watermelon seed and watermelon red.

Some Zoom Super Flukes in smokin' shad color.

Terminal Tackle:

1/0 to 3/0 offset shank and /or extra wide gap(EWG) hooks

Some 1/8-1/2 oz. bullet sinkers

There are a LOT more things you can add, but for the basics that's what I'd start with.

i would only add tenn shad color to the badit 100 series. and a popin bait..pop-r or chug bug..

as usual reb's on it like a rat on a cheeto..

walleye baits can and do work for bass basicly the same baits will work for both imo the location of the baits that are fished is the only differance..

I always put a pack of trout worms in my tackle box. It seems that when nothing else is working you can slay them with these.
