Default Chicken!!!!

is a smokin. Told the cashier, (she knows me from back in the good ole days), at the quick stop that I was on my way home to smoke a couple chickens. She asked me how the heck I was gonna roll them without getting the paper all wet and tear.

Not yet. I'm not sure if there's room enough under the lid to stand it up and no way to lower the rack. Course I guess I could take out the cooking rack and cook it on the bottom rack.

I'm still playing with the ingredients and amounts bama. I rarelt measure aanything. lol But it's baisicly 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup old bay crab boil, then I add paprika, dry mustard, black pepper, kosher salt, and a little chili powder, ginger, garlic powder, and onion powder till I get it to a flavor I like. Be careful with the chili powder and garlic though.
