Thank You Bob, I caught a 17" many years ago and never in my dreams thought I'd get one bigger than that. Great fun!!

Wow is right! That's a real beaut. I saw my brother catch one like that once in Florida at Tarpon Lake in Palm Harbor, and I haven't seen one like that caught since. Way to go.

Another fellow from Iowa just caught one from a small lake. Must be the right conditions for big crappie. |

Nice fish, we get some big ones around this part of the country, but ones that are near 18 inches are few and far between.
